Hardstaff Barriers introduce When I Grow Up to over 200 schoolchildren
Hardstaff Barriers, a division of Hill and Smith Infrastructure Ltd, is committed to putting the spotlight on Construction careers & STEM subjects in local schools.
With the skills shortage growing in construction, as well as the challenges in recruiting young, diverse talent, it is now essential that our whole industry moves together in highlighting what an exciting and varied career construction provides.
Over the past few weeks, Hardstaff Barriers have both visited and liaised with local schools, reaching over 200 students to introduce the book “When I Grow Up” which helps unite our industry in that movement. All this has been achieved thanks to a partnership with the books author Rich Smith.
