Murphy sets the pace as early supporters of When I Grow Up

I’m delighted to announce J. Murphy & Sons Limited as one of the first main contractors to announce their official support of the When I Grow Up project.

Dawn Moore, Group People and Communications Director at J. Murphy & Sons Ltd, said, “At Murphy we are always looking to improve life and inspire the next generation and ‘When I Grow Up’ does just that. We are proud to be one of the first contractors to sign up to this industry collaboration and look forward to sharing the story with all the school children we will be visiting as part of the extensive early careers engagement plan we have in place for the next 12 months.”

We welcome collaboration and sharing of the storybook across the industry and for Murphy to commit so quickly is testament to the industry pulling together to combat the skills crisis we all face.

The book is completely devoid of any branding, so that everyone can easily use it to deliver their own social value and engage local communities. The storybook can be distributed as desired, and further resources are offered to target a wider range of children.
